I have followed an interesting path into real estate. After completing my B.A. at Villanova and my M.B.A. at Pepperdine University, I worked in sales and consulting for some of the top technological companies of the last few decades, most notably Hewlett Packard and Lexmark. Working at integral positions within these great companies provided me with invaluable negotiating and sales experience, which I have found very useful in real estate.

A little over 13 years ago, while still working in sales, I began investing in real estate. I found great joy in taking promising properties that required a little work and turning them into true dream homes. Over the next few years, as my real estate portfolio grew, so did my interest in real estate. It wasn't long before I found myself making tremendous financial gains with my hobby while enjoying it more than my day job.

In 2005, I decided to follow my passion and success into a full-time real estate career. The switch to real estate has been everything I hoped it would be-and more. I feel blessed by the support and recognition I have received from the industry. In my first year, I was awarded the 2005 Top Rising Star Award for Shorewood Realtors, an award reserved for the top-ranked new agent every year. In addition to being number 1 out of 99 new agents with the number one independent Broker in LA County; Shorewood, I also landed in the top 5% of all Realtors nationwide. In 2006 and 2007 my business has continued to grow at a rapid pace. This past year I was awarded Agent of the Month four times and finished number one in transactions becoming Shorewood's Top Producing Agent (HB). I now have $40 million in sales under my belt.

More importantly, I enjoy the opportunity I have to work with close friends and referrals to bring them closer to their dreams. In fact, my entire client base is comprised of my friends and their friends-and that's just the way I like it.
